The Trust Factor
Approach

Agent explainer video script. Prepared for MAJ Productions. Vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats. Target runtime: 45 to 55 seconds.

Approach
Face-to-Camera
Spokesperson
Derek Tye
The Trust Factor stats: 82%, 3x, 74%
Why This Approach

Derek's original script relied on B-roll and voiceover to explain the problem. While informative, it lacked human connection. Research shows that for high-stakes industries like real estate and SaaS platforms, a credible spokesperson speaking directly to camera builds immediate trust.

01

Instant Authority

Derek is a known, credible real estate professional. Agents recognize him as a peer who understands their daily struggles. That recognition converts faster than any brand voice.

02

Higher Engagement

Face-to-camera ads consistently outperform faceless voiceovers in capturing and holding attention in the first 3 seconds. The human face triggers an automatic attention response.

03

Shooting Simplicity

This format is highly manageable for a one-man production team. One strong A-roll setup and simple B-roll overlays. The edit stays clean and punchy without requiring a full crew.

Script Structure
Script timeline: Hook, Problem, Solution, Proof, CTA
Full Script

Sub-60 seconds. Hook-first framework. Each segment is designed to hold attention through the next beat.

0:00 — 0:05
THE HOOK
Visual Direction

Medium close-up of Derek looking directly into camera. Dynamic lighting, professional but approachable setting.

Script
Derek (On-Camera)

"Right now, someone in your market just asked ChatGPT, 'Who is the best real estate agent near me?'... And your name didn't show up."

Direct and urgent. No intro. No logo. Derek speaks first.

0:05 — 0:15
THE PROBLEM
Visual Direction

Derek continues speaking. Fast B-roll overlays: a phone showing generic AI search results, a Zillow logo fading out.

Script
Derek (On-Camera / VO)

"The game has completely changed. Buyers and sellers aren't asking their cousin for referrals anymore. They're asking AI. And if you don't have a digital footprint that AI can actually read... you are invisible."

B-roll should be fast and slightly motion-blurred to feel urgent.

0:15 — 0:30
THE SOLUTION
Visual Direction

Cut back to Derek on camera, looking confident. Then B-roll overlay of the RealEstAIt platform interface — a clean, fast screen recording of an agent profile being created.

Script
Derek (On-Camera)

"That's exactly why we built RealEstAIt."

Derek (VO)

"You claim your profile, plug in your markets and your story, and we structure your content so AI engines like Google and ChatGPT find you instantly."

Screen recording should feel fast and dynamic. Use zoom-ins on key UI elements.

0:30 — 0:45
THE PROOF
Visual Direction

Split screen graphic. Left: ChatGPT showing the agent's name. Right: RealEstAIt internal search showing the same agent. Then back to Derek on camera.

Script
Derek (VO)

"You get found two ways: when consumers search external AI, and when they search inside RealEstAIt."

Derek (On-Camera)

"AI is the new search engine. The agents who build their presence now will dominate their market."

This is the 'aha' moment. The split screen visual is the most important B-roll in the piece.

0:45 — 0:55
THE CTA
Visual Direction

Derek points slightly down toward where a link or button would appear. End card: clean RealEstAIt logo, URL, and tagline.

Script
Derek (On-Camera)

"Don't get left behind. Click the link to claim your RealEstAIt profile today."

End Card

"RealEstAIt.com/agents | Claim Your Profile Today. Get found. Stay relevant."

End card should hold for at least 3 seconds. Keep it clean.

The Proof Visual

The split-screen at 0:30 is the most important B-roll in the piece. This is the moment the viewer understands the value. The visual needs to be fast, clean, and undeniable.

Production Notes
A-Roll Setup diagram
A-Roll Setup

Shoot Derek in a well-lit, professional environment. Use a two-camera setup if possible (one wide, one tight) to punch in and out during the edit. This hides cuts and keeps the energy high without needing multiple takes.

B-Roll

Keep the screen recordings (ChatGPT, RealEstAIt profile) fast and dynamic. Use motion blur or slight zoom-ins on the screen recordings to make them feel active, not static.

Pacing

Derek needs to deliver the lines with urgency in the beginning, shifting to confidence when introducing RealEstAIt. The tone change at 0:15 is the emotional pivot of the piece.

End Card

Clean RealEstAIt logo. URL: RealEstAIt.com/agents. Tagline: 'Get found. Stay relevant.' Hold for at least 3 seconds. No music swell, no animation. Let it breathe.
